Howard Borough Sewer Authority requires the Homeowner to have a completed Sewer Line Inspection Report before closing on property being sold.
Homeowner is responsible to have the Sewer Line inspected. In home inspection will consist of a dye test and a camera inspection to check for possible problems. Homeowner will also call Howard Borough office (814-625-2853) for further instructions and borough employees, Zach/Cody to set up a time for them to come and assist with the Sewer Line Inspection.
